What is a HDG machine screw?
A HDG machine screw is a hot dipped galvanized precision screw with a rounded pan head and a machine (metric) thread, driven with a Phillips screwdriver into a tapped hole or with a nut. It is made to DIN 7985 / ISO 7045 from M3 to M8.
Do you only supply one size or head of machine screw?
No. The datasheet shows one representative pan-head size for reference. We supply the full range M3–M8 (M2–M12 on request), in pan, countersunk, round and cheese heads, Phillips, slotted and Pozi drives, in HDG, zinc and stainless. Send your requirement for availability and price.
What drive and head are available?
Standard is a pan head with Phillips (PH) drive. Countersunk (DIN 965) head and other drives are available on request. Tell us your requirement.
