A PPR tee splits one line into two. All three outlets are fusion sockets, so the tee is welded onto the run and branch exactly like a socket or elbow. Reducing tees are the key to efficient layouts: a 32 mm floor main can feed 20 mm basin and WC branches without a separate reducer, saving one joint per outlet and keeping the installation compact.
Hamza Fasteners stocks equal tees from 20 to 110 mm and the reducing combinations used most on UAE projects, all PN20 rated. Tees with a brass threaded branch are also available for gauges and valves. A typical apartment riser layout uses a 40 or 50 mm main with 25 or 32 mm reducing take-offs at each floor, then 20 mm branches to each fixture.
